Majed Al Fulaiti is ADNOC’s Vice President of Business & Operations Analytics and Panorama Digital Command Center Lead, with more than 19 years of experience across operations, engineering, robotics and enterprise AI transformation. He led Panorama’s transformation from a digital command center into Panorama 2.AI, a UAE-developed, human-supervised agentic AI ecosystem in which 15 bespoke AI subject-matter expert (SME) agents autonomously diagnose, optimize and recommend. It flips the traditional model: instead of leaders talking to data, the data now talks to them, proactively surfacing risks, gaps and synergies. The result is enterprise-wide, real-time prescriptive AI capabilities that maximize every molecule of energy across the value chain and speed executive decisions from insight to action. He has a proven record of deploying AI at speed: Panorama’s Center of Scale delivery model reuses data, models and integrations to fast-track solutions from pilot to production, well ahead of typical industry timelines. Under his leadership, the team has also progressed four IP filings in agentic AI, predictive solutions and robotics. He develops future AI talent through Panorama AI Citizen, an annual internship program that welcomes hundreds of university students from around the world, and serves as ADNOC’s AI ambassador during ministerial and presidential visits. In 2026, Panorama 2.AI received the AI Innovation Award at Cognite Impact World Tour and an Honorable Mention in Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards, while Majed was named Energy Transition Innovator by Verdantix.
