Maha Al Qattan is the Group Chief People & Culture Officer at ADNOC, where she is leading the transformation of People & Culture, with a focus on driving ADNOC towards becoming an AI-native company, building a future-ready workforce, strengthening leadership and talent pipelines, and enhancing organizational agility and performance. Prior to ADNOC, Maha held several senior leadership roles at DP World, including Group Chief People Officer and Group Chief Sustainability Officer, where she led people, culture and sustainability priorities across a global organization. Earlier in her career, she gained extensive international leadership experience at GE, holding senior Human Resources roles across the Middle East and Africa. Maha also brings significant board-level experience. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Board Member at SEE Holding, a Board Member of the UAE Banks Federation, and a Non-Executive Board Member at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB).
