Khalid Bin Hadi is Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Energy for the UAE, Oman and Bahrain, leading strategy, operations and P&L performance across the region. He drives sustainable growth, energy transition initiatives and strategic partnerships, while overseeing more than 1,000 professionals and supporting major energy infrastructure, digitalization and low-carbon technology projects.

With extensive experience across the Middle East and Europe, Khalid has held several senior roles within Siemens Energy, including CEO of Siemens Energy Oman and Head of Government and Executive Affairs for the Middle East. He joined Siemens in 2015 after beginning his energy-sector career with ABB Group in Abu Dhabi.

Khalid serves on several industry and academic boards, including the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He holds an MBA and a BSc (Hons) in Management from the UK and has completed executive leadership programs at London Business School, INSEAD France and the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy.
