Khalfan Mohamed AlMuhairi is Senior Vice President for the Middle East, Africa and Export (MEAE) region at Borouge. Based in Abu Dhabi, he brings more than 18 years of experience in global strategy, application marketing, sales excellence and regional commercial leadership. Khalfan Mohamed AlMuhairi has served as Senior Vice President for the Middle East, Africa and Export region at Borouge since July 2020. Based in Abu Dhabi, he has more than 18 years of experience in global strategy, application marketing, sales excellence and regional commercial leadership. Before assuming his current role, Khalfan was Vice President of Middle East Sales from 2014, leading sales activities across the GCC, Egypt, Pakistan and the East Levant. He previously served as Vice President of the Marketing Centre for Pipe from 2012, leading pipe marketing, technical services and product development teams across the Middle East and Africa, Northeast Asia and South Asia. From 2008 to 2012, he was Application Marketing Manager for the Pipe Business Unit in the Middle East and Africa. Khalfan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland. He also holds master’s degrees in electrical engineering and engineering and technology management from Portland State University.
