Jeff Wilson
Chief Strategy Officer
U.S. Export-Import Bank (EXIM)
Jeff Wilson is the Chief Strategy Officer at the U.S. Export-Import Bank (EXIM), a member of the executive leadership team that collectively administers the agency’s loan portfolio on behalf of its Board of Directors. In this capacity, Jeff directs multi-sector strategy, leads a team of economists, and spearheads the development of innovative long-term energy finance frameworks that advance American competitiveness in global markets. During his tenure at EXIM, Jeff has represented the United States as a member of high-level sovereign delegations across multiple countries and international conferences, engaging heads of state, finance ministers, and senior corporate leaders on the full spectrum of American economic and energy interests. His career spans senior executive roles in the independent oil and gas sector, senior government service, and the nexus of energy policy and international finance — giving him a practitioner’s command of the full deal lifecycle from geopolitical strategy through transaction execution and capital deployment. Jeff draws on deep relationships across sovereign finance, global energy markets, and development capital to counsel on U.S. energy competitiveness, cross-border deal architecture, frontier market entry, and the strategic deployment of government-backed capital in service of American commercial and foreign policy objectives.
