He advises governments, investors and major corporates on the development, financing and delivery of complex infrastructure and energy-related projects, including public-private partnerships and major transformation programs. His experience spans utilities and energy transition, transport, social and digital infrastructure. Fernando is passionate about harnessing infrastructure investment to advance sustainability, strengthen resilience and address major global challenges, while mobilising private capital to turn ambitious energy and infrastructure strategies into commercially viable and deliverable projects.
