Bader Albuqaishi is Executive Vice President – Midstream Gas at Bapco Upstream, where he leads the company’s midstream operations and strategic initiatives across the energy value chain. With broad leadership experience in upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, Bader supports operational excellence and long-term energy security.

Prior to his current role, he held governance and industry leadership positions, including Board Chairperson-Elect of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Bahrain Section, Board Member of the Bahrain Tender Board and Bahrain LNG, and Executive Committee Member of the GPA GCC Chapter. He has led major transformations, including the integration of Bapco Upstream and Bapco Gas, with a focus on performance, business continuity, and sustainable value.
