Alfredo Sanchez serves as President, Surface Technologies at TechnipFMC, where he leads the company’s global Surface Technologies business. In this role, he is focused on standardization, industrialization, and execution excellence, ensuring customers can bring wells online faster and sustain production safely. He joined TechnipFMC in 2018 as Vice President for Surface Latin America and later served as Senior Vice President for the Western Hemisphere before assuming his current role. He brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across large-scale industrial and operational organizations. Throughout his career, Alfredo has worked across Latin America, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Russia, reflecting a strong focus on global operations, localization, and customer partnership. He maintains a strong and sustained focus on strengthening local manufacturing and supply chain resilience, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence in complex environments. Alfredo holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Simón Bolívar University and a Master of Science in Oil and Gas Industry Management from Edinburgh Business SchoolatHeriot-Watt University.
