Alessandro Bernini is the Chief Executive Officer of MAIRE, a leading engineering group delivering large-scale industrial projects and advanced technology solutions for the energy sector.

His career began at EY, where he built a solid foundation in finance and corporate governance, before taking on into senior executive roles in the energy sector, as Group Chief Financial Officer at Saipem in 2003, then at ENI in 2008.

Bernini joined MAIRE in 2013 as Group CFO and was appointed Group CEO and COO in 2022. He also serves as Chairman of NextChem, MAIRE’s subsidiary dedicated to sustainable technology solutions.
