Sandeep is a Managing Director in Accenture's Data & AI Energy practice, where he helps energy companies harness data and artificial intelligence to build intelligent, autonomous business systems. With more than 25 years of experience spanning control systems, decision support systems, and enterprise data platforms, he specializes in designing solutions that turn complex operational and enterprise data into a foundation for smarter, faster decision-making. In his current role, Sandeep focuses on integrating cross-functional enterprise data with rapid advances in AI to deliver measurable business outcomes — accelerating the industry's march toward autonomous operations. Prior to joining Accenture, Sandeep spent more than 20 years in the oil and gas industry, holding senior leadership positions including Enterprise Architect, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer. This breadth of experience across technology, product, and marketing gives him a distinctive, end-to-end perspective on how data and AI create value across the energy value chain. Sandeep holds a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
