Prashant Biwal is a Managing Director for Europe and the Middle East at Partners in Performance, part of Accenture. He brings more than 25 years of global experience across capital projects, operations, engineering, strategy and business transformation in the energy and natural-resources sectors. His career spans leadership roles with Accenture, Partners in Performance, McKinsey & Company, and Schlumberger. Prashant advises executive teams on the design and delivery of complex capital programmes, with experience ranging from project operating models and execution readiness to construction productivity, procurement effectiveness and operational readiness. His recent work includes shaping a multi-year operating-model transformation for a major Middle Eastern national oil company, supporting the delivery of a multi-billion capital project for a European mining company, and advising the leadership of a deepwater gas development on project readiness and the actions required to achieve final investment decision on schedule. He has also helped redesign the interface between a major project and corporate procurement, supporting the on-time delivery of contracts valued at $1.5 billion. The combination of frontline delivery experience and senior-level advisory work gives him a practical perspective on the organisational, commercial and execution challenges that determine capital-project outcomes. His broader consulting experience includes major transformations, operating-model redesigns, performance improvement, benchmarking, strategy and due diligence across oil and gas, mining, petrochemicals, infrastructure services and energy transition. Prashant holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland, honours degrees in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and Chemistry from BITS Pilani and is a CFA charterholder.
