Art Kozlovski is a Partner in the EY People Consulting practice, based in Bahrain, with 25+ years of consulting experience at EY across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Central Asia. He specializes in organization psychology, workforce transformation, operating models and human capital strategy for the energy sector. Art has led more than 200 consulting engagements serving IOCs, NOCs, chemical majors and government entities. He holds degrees from the Moscow University of Oil and Gas, INSEAD and Harvard Business School, and is a CPA with a PROSCI certification in change management. Art has published and edited books on large–scale transformation and organizational effectiveness for energy companies.
