Abdulnasser Abbas is a visionary executive leader with over 40 years of experience spanning Finance, Banking, Treasury Management, and Government Strategy. A trusted architect of institutional transformation, he combines deep financial expertise with the exceptional ability to navigate and shape complex, high-stakes environments at the highest levels of government and industry.

As Group CEO of Oilfields Supply Center, Abdulnasser has been the driving force behind the organisation’s evolution, repositioning it from a legacy industrial player into a future-ready enterprise built on operational excellence, governance, and sustainable growth.

In parallel, as Senior Director of Treasury at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), he is leading the Treasury Department since its inception in 2007, deploying sophisticated financing, hedging, and debt deleveraging strategies that have materially strengthened one of Dubai’s most critical public authorities. His foundational expertise was forged through senior roles at the Department of Finance (Rulers Court), Emirates NBD, and the National Bank of Fujairah.

Today, he also holds key board and advisory positions across the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, Regulatory Supervisory Bureau, Dubai Green Fund, Al Etihad Energy Services, and Digital DEWA, among others.
