Senior Manager, dss+

Philip Louw is a Senior Manager at dss+ who has spent nearly 18 years helping organizations transform safety, process safety, and operational performance across the mining, oil & gas, and petrochemical industries. Throughout that journey, one lesson has stood out: even the best management systems only perform as well as the people expected to use them. This insight has shaped Philip's passion for designing practical approaches to capability development that move beyond compliance, build genuine competence, and create lasting improvements in safety and performance; helping organizations protect their people, transform the way they work, and sustain meaningful change.
