Training Development Department Manager, Egyptian Projects Operation and Maintenance (EPROM)

I am Masr Awad Abdelmawla, a Chemist, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and ISO Lead Auditor working with EPROM since 2015. I specialize in capability building within Egypt’s petroleum and energy sectors by designing and delivering technical training programs for engineers and technicians. I actively contribute to national workforce development through EPROM’s evaluation committees and student mentoring. To refine my strategic leadership, I joined the "Women Leading Egyptian Governorates" program and am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Alexandria University. Additionally, I am a published author and a proud member of the Egyptian Writers' Union.
