At ExxonMobil, he manages chemical, oil tanker and barge operations, including scheduling, vessel utilisation, cargo readiness, voyage economics, freight, bunker costs and delay exposure. His earlier roles with Sofar Ocean, Lloyd’s Register and Blue Visby Solutions involved optimisation and emissions monitoring across more than 1,000 voyages and 300 vessels. A former Deck Officer, Kushagra focuses on translating operational, commercial and emissions data into practical techno-economic decisions for efficient and lower-carbon downstream operations.
