Vice President (Major Projects), ADNOC Refining

Khalifa is a highly experienced project delivery leader with significant delivery experience across the UAE and the Middle East, playing key leadership delivery roles in the successful & safe execution of major refining and downstream projects. Recent achievements include the completion of the Crude Flexibility Project and the Waste Heat Recovery flagship projects at Ruwais Refinery, as well as the Abu Dhabi Refinery Closure Project, a significant first for the region. Following these accomplishments, Khalifa was appointed Vice President of Major Projects at ADNOC Refining, where Khalifa continues to lead & shape the delivery of strategic projects and business objectives.
