Short Bio Ignacio Beltrán Ignacio Beltrán is an experienced chemical engineering and operations leader with nearly two decades of expertise in refining, process optimization, and industrial operations. He was recently appointed Senior Advisor for Technical Development at the Refining Joint Venture Management & Business Development team at OMV. Previously he was responsible for operations at two of the largest sectors of the OMV Schwechat Refinery in Austria, leading organizations of around 100 employees across more than 10 process units, as well as starting up and leading a new operations department for pilot and demonstration plants. Ignacio holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cantabria in Spain and combines strong operational excellence, innovation, and people leadership with an international and multilingual background.
