Lab Scientist, Aramco

Hyunsoo Kim is a Lab Scientist at Saudi Aramco's Energy Sustainability Analysis (ESA) Group, based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. With over seven years of experience in energy systems modelling and sustainability analytics, he specializes in life cycle assessment (LCA) modelling across petroleum supply chains, with a focus on crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. He holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary. His work includes the development of carbon intensity tracking frameworks to support transparent, data-driven approaches to decarbonization in the energy sector.
