Dr. Hassan Al-Hassawi is an R&D Scientist with more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and currently works at Sinopec Tech Middle East LLC. His areas of expertise include advanced catalysts, hydrogen technologies, polymers, water treatment, recycling, and AI-based industrial solutions. He also has extensive experience in analytical laboratory work, materials characterization, experimental testing, and the operation of advanced scientific instruments and laboratory equipment. His work focuses on developing practical and sustainable technologies that improve process efficiency, environmental performance, and industrial competitiveness. Session 04
