Group Project Director, CR3

UPDATED Callum Smith is Group Project Director at CR3 Group, an energy engineering services company operating across Asia and the Middle East. He has more than 26 years of experience in shutdown execution, project management, and reactor services for the refining and petrochemical industry. He has overseen more than 1000 catalyst changeout campaigns on hydroprocessing units, including ARDS and RHDS, across both regions. Callum played a central role in refining CR3’s Eco-Hydrodrilling method for removing severely agglomerated reactor beds, and is currently leading its expansion into Japan and other new markets.
