Process Engineer, Worley Comprimo

Speaker Biography - Alexandre Molina Alexandre is a Principal Process Engineer at Worley Comprimo, based in The Hague. He has nearly 20 years of experience in petrochemical process engineering, including ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol, olefins, and chlor-vinyl (VCM/EDC) technologies. At Worley, he is involved in process design and Basic Engineering Package development for VCM/EDC, gas treating and sulphur recovery, as well as carbon capture applications, including flue gas pretreatment and electrodialysis-based solvent reclaiming. Earlier in his career, he worked on large-scale ethylene and propylene projects, including FEED and energy optimization studies. He also contributed to the development and scale-up of a novel ethylene oxide/glycol process and supported plant operations. He holds a PDEng in Process and Product Design from Eindhoven University of Technology.
