Alan Cortizo Suarez is the Executive Vice President at Mitsubishi Power EMEA. Based in Madrid, he brings over 20 years of expertise within the energy sector and plays a pivotal role in expanding business operations across the region, with a special focus on decarbonization solutions that are driving energy transition. 

Alan joined Mitsubishi Power in 2022 from TSK, one of the leading EPC companies in Europe, where he held the role of Senior Executive and Managing Director of Sales for EMEA.  Previously, he held leadership positions across several world-recognized engineering and consulting firms such as Accenture, Suzuki, and Thyssenkrupp. ​ 

Alan graduated with honors from University of Oviedo in Spain with a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and intermediate Italian and Portuguese.
