Process Engineer, KNPC

Abdulaziz Baqer Khajah holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Kuwait University.

He joined Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) in 2016 as a Process Engineer in the Technical Services Department (TSD) at Mina Al Ahmadi (MAB) Refinery, Kuwait. 

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in refinery operations for 10 years, including Hydrotreater’s , Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR) units,

Sulfur Block & RETF. 

In addition to his technical responsibilities, Abdulaziz actively contributes to KNPC's innovation and digital transformation initiatives. He is a member of the KNPC Innovation Committee, the Refinery Digital Twin Committee, and the Ideas and Intellectual Property Taskforce, where he supports the development and implementation of innovative solutions and the advancement of intellectual property initiatives within the organization.
