Jiří Hájek is a senior refinery technologist and R&D executive at ORLEN Unipetrol with extensive experience in chemical engineering, petroleum processing, refinery operations, catalyst production, and advanced fuel technologies. He has led strategic initiatives in hydrogen, biofuels, and chemical recycling, and currently oversees Technology and R&D across ORLEN Unipetrol’s refineries. He holds an MBA from Chapman University and is completing a PhD focused on advanced fuel production opportunities in the Czech Republic.
