Ali Mohamed Jaffar is the Vice President of Technical Services at Bapco Refining, bringing more than 21 years of experience in process engineering within one of the region’s most complex refinery operations.

He leads diverse multidisciplinary teams delivering advanced process engineering solutions, technical consultancy, and optimization support across the refinery’s process units.

Ali holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from the University of Bahrain and an MBA in International Management from Geneva Business School. He is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) and the Engineering Council (UK), reflecting his dedication to maintaining the highest standards of engineering excellence and contributing to the advancement of the profession.
