Dayle Heatley, is a seasoned upstream oil and gas professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in Unconventionals across Western Canada. Over the last three years, she has served as Head of Technical & Operations for PETRONAS Abu Dhabi, bringing deep expertise in drilling engineering, operations, and strategic development. Renowned for her leadership, technical acumen, and collaborative style, Dayle has held diverse roles focused on executing large-scale operations, optimizing unconventional development and managing multi-national joint ventures. She holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and is a member of APEGA and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
