Tommy Kassem is EVP/CCO at Celeros Flow Technology, a global high-tech flow control equipment manufacturing and service company operating in a variety of industries including nuclear, naval & defence, CCUS and FPSO. He has over 30 years of experience in the Energy industry, having worked across diverse geographies with EPCs, end users, and both national and international organisations. Throughout his career, Tommy has held progressively senior leadership roles, including serving as Vice President for GE and Baker Hughes businesses, where he was instrumental in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. Tommy is a results-oriented leader with a depth of technical expertise and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-value solutions. Passionate about excellence, he consistently fosters innovation and collaboration to achieve impactful outcomes for customers. Tommy holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Cairo University, an MBA from Bocconi Business School, Italy, is currently participating in the Chief Executive Officer programme from Columbia Business School Executive Education and is based in Dubai, UAE.
