Dian Prama Irfani serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PT Pertamina Marine Solutions (PMSol), one of the leading marine solution providers in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. PMSol delivers comprehensive services including tanker and offshore crewing, ship inspection, maritime solutions, manpower supply, and marine trading. The company manages over 3,000 seafarers, 7,000 maritime professionals, and operates a fleet of more than 500 vessels. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering and a Doctorate in Business Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, where he received the Scholastic Achievement Award as top doctoral graduate, and a Master of Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He further enhanced his executive expertise through the Executive Education Program at London Business School. With over 15 years of experience in shipping, supply chain, and strategic management, Irfani is known for his transformational leadership and strategic innovation. He has held key roles in business development, corporate actions, and mergers & acquisitions within Pertamina Group, driving growth and operational excellence across the maritime sector.
