She is currently Partner at EY, leading the People Consulting practice in Qatar where she helps her clients future-proof their organisations across People and Technology Previously, Katherine served McKinsey & Company’s clients in the GCC, Africa and Asia on strategy, implementation, transformation, and building capabilities across people and technology. She is also a former advisor to Venture Capital and Private Equity funds and startups in the GCC and globally, all investing in technologies that have the potential to improve the lives of many.
