In her role as a Talent & Organization Strategy leader, Jessica draws on 26+ years leading complex, large-scale transformation efforts for Fortune 100 clients, working on the leading edge of reshaping leadership, cultures, and workforces for the future, connecting people, strategy, and technology to unlock sustainable value in this age of Reinvention through Agentic AI. She delivers results by collaborating with pioneering C-Suite, CHROs, and business leaders to redesign work and workforce experiences and apply AI-led strategies in building strategic capabilities to unlock business outcomes in productivity, growth, innovation, safety, and organizational performance. Jessica is deeply committed to people advocacy, mentoring, leadership coaching, and cultivating a strong culture of growth and performance within Accenture and at her clients. Applying her education and training as a certified leadership coach and practitioner in neuroscience and positive psychology, Jessica drives step-change improvements in individual and team performance, by addressing mindset, behavioral, team dynamics and systemic organizational barriers to results. Jessica and her husband Doug share their home in Cypress, Texas with three little humans growing, learning, and exploring new experiences in dance, rock-climbing, tumbling, music, art, and cross-country. Jessica is an avid bookworm and loves traveling and exploring new bookshops along the way - and is always open to suggestions! Prior to joining Accenture, Jessica attended Texas A&M University earning at B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing.
