Dr. Oxana Dankova is the global leader for the Energy Networks segment for Boston Consulting Group. She leads the BCG work supporting energy grids to enable growing electricity demand and integration of renewable energy sources. Oxana has been with BCG since 2006, supporting clients across Europe, North America, Australia, APAC, and the Middle East. She has extensive experience shaping strategies and leading transformation programs for global energy businesses to help them deliver sustainable impact and drive growth. Oxana’s pre-BCG experience includes construction sector operations, supporting a major power sector reform, and her PhD in institutional economics.
