Waleed Al Harthi is the Chief Technology Officer at Rihal. He focuses on practical data, software development, and AI, building tools that help teams deliver. He began his career at Schlumberger, where he learned to ship reliable, data-driven solutions. Since then he has worked with partners such as Shell, PDO, BP, OQ, OLNG, and others on digital projects in Oman and globally. At Rihal he has helped grow an in-house Omani engineering team and develop the company’s data platform used across public and private sectors. His experience includes mission specific software development, data migration, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise data management. Waleed also mentors and trains, turning complex topics into clear choices so leaders can move work forward.
