Adam Jackson is a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of New Zealand. Predominantly a corporate, commercial lawyer with both management and legal experience in a full spectrum of transactions ranging from F1 motorsport, to establishing private equity funds and mutual funds, advising on capital raisings, structured finance, Islamic finance, mergers and acquisitions, NASDAQ reverse mergers, healthcare, hospitality, commercial property development, tech and start-ups, large scale productions and concerts, artist management and entertainment, asset protection, succession planning, debt restructuring and education. Over the past 20+ years, Adam has advised both High Level members of Government and HNWI’s on multiple transactions and projects. He has served charitable interests as well, serving as Board member of the Cholmondeley Children’s Home Trust.
