Naser Saif Al Yafei has been the Chief Executive Officer of Arcius since its establishment in 2024. Before working in his current role, Al Yafei was Senior Vice President of Strategy, Sustainability & Transformation in ADNOC Gas, a large-scale, integrated gas processing company and a subsidiary of ADNOC, a global progressive energy company. He has also served as SVP, Strategic Relations Management, in ADNOC’s Executive Office. Al Yafei brings around 20 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, where he has demonstrated deep technical and operational expertise while always placing a strong emphasis on people and their development. Throughout his career, he has focused on enhancing the efficiency and sustainable growth of the lower-carbon natural gas value chain. Al Yafei has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and a degree in Diplomacy & International Relations from the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy.
