Alessandro Bernini is the Chief Executive Officer of MAIRE, a technology and engineering group that develops and implements innovative solutions to enable energy transition. His career began at EY, where he built a solid foundation in finance and corporate governance, before moving into senior executive roles in the energy sector, as Group Chief Financial Officer at Saipem in 2003, then at ENI in 2009. Bernini joined MAIRE in 2013 as Group CFO and was nominated Group CEO and COO in 2022. He also serves as Chairman of NextChem, MAIRE’s subsidiary dedicated to sustainable technology solutions.
