With 25+ years of experience from the petrochemical industry in Europe and the Middle East, Johan has a strong track record of implementing value-creating digital solutions in manufacturing and supply chain for optimization and automation. He leads the Supply Chain Transformation program at Borouge, which in the past 6 years successfully completed several major business process re-engineering, tool selection and implementation projects for Order to Cash, Logistics, Sales & Operations Planning and Control Tower across the Middle East and Asia. Johan holds a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers, Sweden, and is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.
