Alp is the MENA Commercial Lead at Desolenator, a pioneering Dutch scaleup offering the world's first circular industrial desalination platform. Based out of Dubai, he's focused on securing commercial partnerships with the region's leading industrial water users, from data centers and chemical facilities to advanced greenhouses. Alp has spent his entire career working at the intersection between climate and innovation -- including running government-backed clean energy accelerators at the Carbon Trust in London, to investing in early stage climate tech startups at World Fund, one of Europe's largest climate VCs. He holds an MSc in Sustainability, Enterprise and the Environment from the University of Oxford.
