Charles McManemin is the President of Fluor’s Chemicals Business Line, overseeing global operations, business development, and strategic direction across the chemicals portfolio, including base, specialty, and green chemicals value chain. Since joining Fluor in February 2002, Mr. McManemin has amassed more than 23 years of experience in project execution – both in home office and field environments – business development, and operations leadership. His most recent role focused on driving business development, growth and strategic initiatives within Fluor’s Chemicals business line. Previously, he held leadership positions, including Chief of Staff to Fluor’s Chairman and CEO, General Manager of Fluor’s Greenville, South Carolina office, and head of Middle East business development and strategy, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this capacity, he led regional business development across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Iraq, facilitating market expansion and corporate growth. Mr. McManemin holds a bachelor’s degree in construction science from Texas A&M University.
