Bettina Karsh

Bettina Karsh has 25 years of experience in Strategy and Human Resources. 

In September 2022 she joined Cepsa as Executive Vice President Human Resources and Organization and member of the Executive Committee.

Bettina started out her career in Buenos Aires in Investment Banking. Later, in Europe, she joined the human resources consultancy Penna and in 2011 moved to Vestas as Head of Human Resources for the Mediterranean, Central Europe and Latin America regions. 

Prior to joining Cepsa, Bettina was the regional CHRO of Vodafone’s European Markets including North Africa and Turkey, driving HR for 30,000 employees. During her nine years at Vodafone, she led three M&A integrations from an HR perspective and the implementation of agile and digital transformation and cultural change. 

Bettina Karsch holds a Magna Cum Laude degree in Economics from Brown University (USA) and an MBA from the École de Ponts et Chaussées in Paris (France).
