Fireside Chat with YOUNG ADIPEC Ambassador: Sustainable Energy

A fresh graduate UAE National with a bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering awarded from Pennsylvania State University. The majority of his studies scoped around renewable/non-conventional energy and sustainability, with relevant coursework within the Oil & Gas industry. He also pursued a minor in Environmental Engineering because he believed it’s relevant and concurrent with his field of study.He was awarded best Capstone Project for his undergraduate senior project. He designed and manufactured an Air Purification System prototype with Integrated Solar Power aimed at developing third-world regions.He completed various internships at companies relevant to the energy industry which were MASDAR and Borouge. During those periods, he obtained industry exposure and contributed to research, analysis, and project developments for the respective companies. Furthermore, he was awarded a certification by NABCEP for completing a PV Bootcamp.

His main ambitions are towards contributing in the development of sustainable energy in the MENA region by solving present and future challenges to redefine the energy sector.
