On March 1, 2023, Berislav Gašo assumed his role as a Member of the Executive Board of OMV Aktiengesellschaft, where he is responsible for the Energy Division. In his new position, he will actively contribute to the transformation within the framework of the new OMV Strategy 2030. He has been appointed for a 3-year term, with an option to extend for 2 additional years.

He holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, and a PHD in business administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Berislav Gašo has held various management positions in the MOL Group after working as a junior partner at McKinsey & Company.

Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President in charge of MOL Group’s Exploration & Production Division.
