Wesam Alghamdi

Wesam Alghamdi assumed the role of CEO of NGHC in October 2023 and is leading the company through its growth toward execution and full operation in 2026. With more than 25 years of cross-functional senior leadership experience within the industry in the Middle East, Wesam is steering NGHC as it advances construction of the world’s largest green hydrogen plant, now over 80% complete with expected product availability in 2027. He is committed to driving NGHC’s pioneering project at NEOM, aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and in pursuit of building a carbon-free world for future generations.
