Kristin Ruzicka joined Weatherford in 2022 and brings over 15 years of expertise in implementing processes and structures to drive accountability at multiple layers for global organizations, including the oil and gas industry. Before her current role, Kristin served as Weatherford’s Senior Vice President, Quality, Service Excellence and Sustainability. Before Weatherford, she was Vice President and General Manager of Reliability Services with Allied Reliability. Her tenures include leadership roles with General Electric Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes as O&G Digital Solutions LatAm Regional Leader, O&G Downstream LatAm Regional Leader, Americas Downstream Product and Services Leader, and Corporate Staff Audit. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
