For those driving to ADIPEC, complimentary Park and Ride services are available from 3-6 November 2025.

Park at the following locations and take the shuttle buses to and from the venue.

Park and Ride shuttle buses run every 10-15 minutes.

  • 3 November: From 6:00 to 20:00

  • 4-6 November: From 8:00 to 20:00

Hotel Shuttle bus schedule


ADIPEC provides a complimentary hotel shuttle bus service to and from selected hotels to the venue in Abu Dhabi.

Hotel shuttle services run every 30 minutes.

Hotels to ADIPEC:

  • 3 November: From 6:00 to 12:00

  • 4-6 November: From 8:00 to 12:00

ADIPEC to Hotels:

  • From 16:00 to 19:00

The complimentary hotel shuttle bus pick up and drop off point will be located at ADNEC Main Entrance.
