Located on the mezzanine level of the AI Zone, there are six pre-built meeting rooms available for companies to book for all four days of ADIPEC.

Each meeting can comfortably accommodate up to eight executives and includes a boardroom table, chairs, a stocked fridge (replenished daily), interior and exterior branding, and a wall-mounted TV with HDMI connectivity. In addition to the meeting room companies also receive access to the communal lounge area and parking passes at the venue.
