Dr. Lukas Budde is a scientist and entrepreneur, as a Post-doc and Division Deputy at the Institute for Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen and as a Member of the board of the SFN AG. As founder of the Smart Factory Navigator, his research focus lies on patterns for smart manufacturing and digital platform ecosystems in manufacturing companies. Lukas has supported many industrial companies in various digital transformation projects from strategy to implementation. He is a lecturer for Operations Management courses and in custom programs of the Executive School of the University of St.Gallen. Since 2018 he is also managing director of INOS, the largest regional innovation network for SMEs in Switzerland.
