Vikas Singh is the CGM & Vice President (Head of Shipping) at Petronet LNG Limited, New Delhi. A Master Mariner with nearly 29 years of experience in the oil and gas shipping and port sector, he has spent over 17 years at Petronet LNG, working across both Dahej and Kochi terminals and now leading the shipping division at the corporate office.

An alumnus of T.S. Chanakya and a first-class science graduate from the University of Allahabad, Vikas has global sailing experience, academic teaching credentials, and has served as a trainer at PLL’s LNG Academy. He is also a certified QMS Lead Auditor, a published conference speaker, and a Technical Committee member for India Energy Week.
