Neeraj Gandhi is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience in various banking verticals, including business management, strategic partnerships, product management, and digital transformation. He is currently leading the SME Products & Digital Transformation efforts at Emirates Development Bank (EDB). Neeraj has been instrumental in formulating the digital ecosystem for EDB and has successfully launched Agritech and Solar Energy Programs for UAE farmers and small businesses. Prior to this role, Neeraj was a founding member of Wio Digital Bank, where he established an SME bank catering to startups and small businesses. He also has over 14 years of experience at Emirates NBD, working across several business verticals, including Business Banking and Transaction Banking.
