With deep industry expertise and a global perspective, Arun has advised clients across North America, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. His work spans a range of strategic topics within the energy and chemicals sectors, with particular focus on digital transformation, innovation, corporate strategy, and go-to-market excellence. Arun is also a committed advocate for sustainability, having led several initiatives centered around the circular economy, advanced recycling technologies, and sustainable business model design. Arun has authored several thought pieces on the state of the petrochemical sector and its implications for industry players. His latest article examines the ongoing consolidation within the industry and outlines the strategic actions companies must take to remain competitive. Prior to joining BCG, Arun held a series of leadership roles in the industry. Most recently, he served as the Marketing Manager for Plastics at Dow Chemical Company in North America, where he was responsible for market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement across key segments.
